We aim at providing you with quality products that are thoroughly tested, carefully packaged and reliably transported, to ensure that you receive your order just the way you would like it. We are sure you will love our products but just in case you wish to return the same, we accept returns in the following scenarios:
1. In case you receive the courier in a damaged state.
1.1 Please check if the courier package has been tampered with.
1.2 If the outer packaging is damaged, ensure you mention a comment regarding receipt of damaged package on the courier manifest when you sign for accepting the delivery from the courier boy.
1.3 Email us a photo of the damaged product along with the order id present on the invoice copy, at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must ensure you email us the same within 48 hrs of receiving the delivery.
1.4 Our team will then notify you on the approval of the return request via phone or email.
1.5 In case return pickup is available at your pincode, we will arrange for a pickup and the date will be notified to you. In case return pickup is not available you can send us the package via speedpost/courier at the return address mentioned.
1.6 We will refund you the entire amount along with the courier charges borne by you. (Courier charges reimbursed will be upto a maximum of Rs 120 or courier amount, whichever is lower.)
2. In a rare case that you do not like our product and wish to return the same.
2.1 Kindly call us at +91-8886738000 or mail us at email@example.com to notify us that you would like to return the order. You should notify us within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
2.2 Once our representative confirms the return request, you should pack the product in the received packing with the tag as originally attached and intact, and speedpost/courier the same to us at the address mentioned.
2.3 We will refund you the entire amount of the order. But the return courier charges will be borne by you.
2.4 Items purchased during sale period or using discount codes are not returnable under this category.

After sending the courier, please let us know the Tracking No, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. When we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item to confirm that it is unused and in its original packaging.
Please also take note of the following points:
- If you believe you received an item in error, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assist you.
- Refunds will be processed after we receive the products from you and could take close to 7-10 working days to credit back to your account.
- For orders delivered via COD option, the returns will be carried out via NEFT/cheque.
- All returns are subject to the discretion of Desically Ethnic. The Desically Ethnic team has to accept your return request. Only after that can you return the goods.
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out for delivery.
