Is COD available at all delivery locations?
Currently we are trying to provide Cash on Delivery at almost every location in India. However, in the rare event that COD is not available at your pincode, we will call and inform you and try to fulfill the order via prepaid method.
How do I place an order from outside India, for delivery within India?
There are 2 scenarios in this case:
1. If you have an Indian bank account or an Indian debit/credit card - In this case you can normally place the order on our website and fill in your shipping and billing address accordingly. On the payment option page you can choose to pay via debit/credit card/ netbanking using either Citrus Payments or Razorpay gateway.
2. If you have a non Indian bank account or credit card - In this case kindly select Razorpay gateway for completing the payment with your International card.
If you wish to pay via Paypal kindly mail us at email@example.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8886738000 with the details about what you would like to order, your complete address, phone number and mail id. We will get back to you within 48 hours with confirmation of availability. If confirmed, we will send you a payment link via Paypal, with the invoice, by which you can make the payment. Your order will only be confirmed after the payment is made. Since the shipping address is within India, shipping will be free for orders above Rs 1000.
Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 1000. For orders below that, we charge a flat Rs. 100 shipping fee.
We take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed couriers like Fedex, Ecom Express, Delhivery, Aramex, DTDC etc.
We ship purchases within 48-72 hours of receiving your order. In case it takes more time we will contact you for the same. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
We will sms/email you the Tracking details as soon as we ship your products. You can always call us or email us in case you have any further queries.

No. There is no extra charge for COD order. It is a free service. But please keep in mind that COD orders may take longer to fulfill as we will be calling and confirming your order before dispatch.
There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with desicallyethnic.com. We offer free delivery for all orders above Rs 1000/- and charge a nominal fee of Rs 100/- for other orders. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.
We accept all VISA and MasterCard cards - Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.
Apart from Debit/Credit card payments, we also have Net Banking facility (with most banks) and Cash on Delivery (at most locations).
